Who we are

Weedworkz is a client focused business which provides chemical and mechanical weed control solutions for New Zealand agriculture and industry.

Since 2004, our founder Barry Winter and his team have specialised in agrichemical spraying throughout Marlborough, Nelson, West Coast and Canterbury regions.

Some of our clients

Our clients include the Department of Conservation, Land Information New Zealand, Marlborough Roads, Trustpower, regional councils and farmers.

Safety and standards

Safety and quality of work is the cornerstone of the Weedworkz business and we are dedicated to meeting the specific needs of our clients. The Weedworkz Health and Safety Management system is Sitewise Green qualified.

All staff are qualified Growsafe operators and all work complies with the Growsafe Code of Practice NZ8409-2004 Management of Agrichemicals, CoPTTM , Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and industry best practice.
